Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your CARMU mat. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Orders
We only accept returns and exchanges for purchases made directly through wholesale-carmu.co. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please reach out to them directly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email wholesale@carmu.co with your order number and a brief note about what you’d like to return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a return label. If your order arrived in multiple boxes, let us know and we’ll provide additional labels if needed.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 12 days of the shipment date.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or damage in transit. If the return is due to a customer-related issue, like entering the wrong shipping address or being unavailable at the time of delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Shipping
We cover all shipping costs for exchanges, both ways.

Processing Time
Once your return is packed and labeled, you can drop it off using your preferred shipping method or schedule a pickup. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time your return is delivered for inspection and processing. Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days after your return is processed.

Tracking Your Return
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, refund information, and everything you need once your return is submitted. If you can’t find it, just reach out and we’ll resend it.

Afterpay Orders
Returns and exchanges for Afterpay purchases follow the same process. After your return is processed, Afterpay will update your payment schedule and issue any eligible refunds. There’s no need to contact them separately.
