Shipping & Handling
We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states. Due to the weight and size of our mats, all orders will include a shipping fee. We appreciate your understanding and support of a small business managing higher freight costs.
Please note: At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days from the time they are placed. Shipping carriers may include USPS via DHL, FedEx SmartPost, or FedEx Ground depending on your location and the size of your order. While most packages arrive within 3 to 10 business days, some delays may occur due to carrier volume or service disruptions.
Because of how our products are packaged, you might receive your order in multiple shipments. If you have any questions about your delivery or need help with anything, feel free to reach out to us at wholesale@carmu.co.
We are unable to make product edits once an order is placed, but if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help with a shipping address update or cancellation. Please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Note that changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.
